VGPB policies set minimum standards for procurement of non-construction goods and services in Victorian Government departments and some agencies.

Compliance with VGPB policies is mandatory for departments, Victoria Police, the Victorian Auditor General’s Office, the Office of Public Prosecutions, the Office of the Chief Commissioner of Police, the Office of the Ombudsman, the Office of Public Employment, Essential Services Commission, the Office of Legal Ombudsman, Victorian Electoral Commission, Office of the Privacy Commissioner, Office of the Commissioner for Environmental Sustainability and Ministerial Offices.
