State Contracts
Government Services Group (GSG), Department of Treasury and Finance, with other Departments, establish and manage:
- A range of Whole-of-Government Contracts (WofG)
- State Purchase Contracts (SPC)
- Open State Purchase Contracts (OSPC)
A WofG/SPC contract is established on behalf of Departments and Administrative Offices, and it is mandatory for these agencies to use the contract (Previously refered to as OSPA).
An OSPC is established by a Department as lead agency, and can be accessed by other departments.
The majority of WofG/SPC contracts and OSPC contracts are also available to Victorian Public Sector Entities.
