Any Victorian Government agency that meets the definition of a Crown Agency or Non-Crown agency is eligible to purchase services under the iGSN contract.

• Crown agencies include all Victorian Government departments and outer agencies.
• Non-Crown agencies include local government entities, tertiary educational institutions, health service bodies and any other body that receives direct or indirect government funding.
