Information on this website applies to the supply of goods and services, not building and construction. Policy on construction procurement is the responsibility of the Building Policy Branch within the Department of Planning and Community Development. Public building and construction purchasing is managed by departments but is bound by these policies which can be accessed through the Building Commission website.
